The pool itself is great but the customer service is lacking. I was told 3 days for delivery it took 10 and I live an hour away. When you call the lady just says hello how can I help you which sketched me out as I just spent 1300.00. They provide no tracking and after numerous calls they don't call back I had 3 different delivery times they delivered after 11Pm which was also creepy.

This company just called me to tell me that it will cost me 30$ more to get my shipment. They cannot respect their '' free'' shipping policies over a 100$ order.The only other option they have is to cancel... I'll make sure everyone I know will see this comment. Very disappointed.... I do run a business and it is not a way to do it. They tell me this a week after the order... BRAVO Dwain...!

Super helpful and quick at answering all my questions. Wasn't sure if I was going to get a pool but their excellent customer service representatives made it an easy process. My packaged arrived today with no issues and I'm excited to install it in the spring! Thanks pools, tubs and liners.
