I am a newcomer to Canada and it was very difficult to buy our first car. I am happy to have found Ideal Quality Automobiles in Mount Bridges, they are fantastic and reliable people, very friendly and with excellent service. It was very easy to deal with. After a few weeks, the engine light came on and Justin has given all the support to diagnose the problem.I will definitely be returning in the future and recommending them.

I really can't say enough good things about Ideal Quality Automobiles. This is my very first vehicle (2011 Ford Escape) and it is in amazing condition. I have never had such an easy and wonderful experience at a business. Thanks so much to everyone there who made it such an amazing experience for me and my family members!

We bought my daughter her first car Oct 6/2020 and Justin was great. The engine light did come on in a few weeks of getting the vehicle and we texted Justin and he had us bring it right in and they diagnosed the problem. The staff was great about ordering the part and splitting the cost for the part and not charging at all for the diagnostic or the labor even though it was only about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership and will probably use them for our next purchase. Thanks Natalie

First impression- sent a text on the website, was super quick to respond, set up a time to view and test drive. Day of test drive, on the outside, small town dealer vibe with limited inventory. Walking in the door- was greeted by a friendly person(Justin), introduced himself to both myself and my wife. Chatted for a bit. Put the dealer plate on, handed the key over and said go for a drive. Didn't give a time frame or anything, allowed us to test it and feel it out.When arriving back at the dealer, he asked how it was, chatted for awhile longer.There was a shimmy in the steering wheel, which he said they would look into, and they did.Offered their own inventory, which has the details of what it covers, listed.Fast forward to the next day, got all the insurance and financing set up.2 days after looking and test driving, Justin delivered it to our house and even bought my vehicle I was replacing it with.So far, the 1st impression of him and his business is great!!Time will tell the quality of the vehicle, but given his character, I trust him.Would I recommend him and his business?HELL YEAH!!!!Will update after a few months..

This is such a friendly fun place to deal, such a refreshing change from other car lots. I have dealt there for 20 years and will not buy anywhere else!Just purchased another vehicle from Doug & Justin, the extra mile they went for me has me completely satisfied and thrilled with my purchase. Hey there to all just a little bit about our experience with this company.First of all I typically don’t post but credit has to be given where credit is dueI found them on a Sunday the owner answered the phone and was super polite made me feel comfortable right away.He described the vehicle to me is exactly what it was when I showed up and my daughter was buying this for her first car.Outstanding professionalism they’re not pushy they had 20 cars on the lot and everyone of them was in pristine condition I had my mechanic go through it after I bought it and it passed with flying colours.I highly recommend this place I am very fussy when it comes to salesman and these people did not treat me like a number they treated me like one of their own.Thanks a lot it was worth the trip can’t wait to do business again.Till next timeOne happy returning customer five stars all the way

This is the worst place to buy a used vehicle. I bought a warranty for my vehicle and they wouldn't even fix it. I told them over and over again that there was something wrong with the vehicle. They kept telling me to go to another place for inspections but once I did they advised me to take it back to the place I bought it from. Once I did all of that they still wouldn't fix or look at it. My car would break down every other month and while driving the car it would shut off automatically, the steering wheel would lock and i wasnt even able to push the brakes in and I always had my babies in the car. I'm thankful we never got in an accident over the poor service I encountered with the dealership. Since they never wanted to help I gave my car back and they try taking money outta my account saying that I owe. I didn't owe them because they told me since I gave back my car I don't owe nothing. Now I have a new vehicle from a really good dealership. He nice, polite and when I have vehicle issues he fix it with no problems at all. I'm glad I have a new car from the new dealership that I picked out in London.
