Isn't actually open 24 hours. The pumps ATM is left on at night so you think they are still active but the pumps are shut off so it ends up being a waste of time.

I went to wash the bugs off my smart car, I used rainex bug and tar remover then foam brush and wand but still wont take off all bugs. Used hand pad to finish removing them and the attendant come along telling me I cant hand wash. If you cant remove the bugs there what use is a car wash? It took me an extra 10 to 15 minutes. I will have to find a different carwash. I had also just washed a truck and camper there with no handwashing because there wasnt bugs on it. Has anyone else had this experience?

Possibly the best coin car wash of my life. The pressure on that wand is verging on dangerous. I may or may not have gotten a fat lip from it. It has no roof so perfect for taller vehicles. Excellent value. 10/10 would power wash here again.

Again like another reviewer I looked at the google listing and “ Isn't actually open 24 hours. The pumps ATM is left on at night so you think they are still active but the pumps are shut off so it ends up being a waste of time”To Shells response-saying you are going to fix it again after another reviewer told you the hours are wrong and have been wrong for a long time … thanks for literally nothing. Just fix the hours of operation seriously not that difficult.

Extremely foul customer service from the young attendant working today, refusal to refund a TOONIE when their soap hose was not working correctly. It’s not about $2.00, it’s about lack of respect and kindness that resulted in making a young woman cry. Such an obvious, easy solution but rather chooses blatant poor customer service. When multiple people in the store are commenting on your tone and disrespect, it’s time to look in the mirror young man.

Super frustrating when you go there at 445AM to fuel up because it says they’re open 24 hours, and none of the pumps will actually let you pump gas. Won’t be going to shell ever again
