We are so pleased with our memorial stone! The craftmanship is superb and the finished product outstanding. We are delighted!It was a treat to work with Janice! She is a very caring person and so helpful as we worked through the whole process of developing the design.We heartily recommend her should you be considering a memorial headstone.

Janice at Serenity in Granite was a pleasure to work with. I had to order my parents' headstone online because I'm in the U.S., and Janice made everything very easy. I have worked with Serenity in Granite many times over the years and each time was as enjoyable and rewarding as the previous. The level of personal care is, well...., heartwarming. Janice works very hard to make sure all aspects are taken care of in a thoughtful manner, her attention to detail is second to none. If you are looking for a high quality headstone and you want to work with a genuine, down to earth person that cares about her customers, I highly recommend working with Janice at Serenity in Granite. Janice recently helped us with a heart shaped headstone for my Mom. It is clear that Janice has a very compassionate heart and you feel it every time you talk to her. This makes a big difference when discussing such an emotional topic. In addition to being a pleasure to deal with, Janice is very professional and she insists on only selling quality products. I *really* appreciate this. The last thing I wanted was a cheap headstone that wasn't going to last. Work with Janice and you won't have to worry about that. Our experience with Janice was Excellent !!!!I told her the things that we would like on the headstone and left it with her. Before I knew it, she had a picture for my approval.
