She called me the n word and chopped all my hair off and had the audacity to still charge me! This will forever leave me traumatized.

Super quick service. We walked in and were out in about 20 mins. My son got his hair cut and loved it. The man couldnt speak very good english but I pointed to the photo and he did just that on my sons hair. Very clean lines as well. $10 haircut. Great price. We will come back again!

bad customer service. Dont be specific because apparently the guy catches an attitude. Never coming here again. Charged 3 dollars more because i was being specific with my hair. Do not come here.

Cheap haircut but barbers are cheaper. The staff is very rude and racist from my experience. The lady that cut my hair constantly shouted at my face to tell her exactly what I wanted cut me off and when I tried saying, she cut me off everytime. Previously, the man with the glasses hurt me at 3 different places with his trimmer. He was literally hitting me with the blades and cut my neck at 3 different places. Either they have some anger issues or they're just racists.

Went there seeing the lady at saloon and her attitude which is terrible decided not to do hair cut thr4r. Feels like she is doing it for free. There are 100s of good places. Dont want to go here

Awful service! Kind of cheap price but also cheap quality of service. The lady ruined my daughter’s hair. Layer style but it’s awful! The guy I guess the owner of the salon colored highlights my daughter’s hair and it was okay. I also get my highlights with the lady and I wasn’t happy because it looks so ugly! Do not even try to go in this place. You will regret like me.

This was a horrible experience, I left crying and in tears. I had long beautiful hair, and I requested for only 1-2 inches to be cut, she cut more than 6 inches. She was prodding and pulling my head, and getting upset with me when I was trying to see how much hair she was cutting. She never listened to my requests, and she did as she pleased because she is the 'expert'. I should have never paid $20. I'm horrified with this treatment and it has left me traumatized. A person with this kind of attitude and behaviour should never be able to own a business or work in customer service. Please heed with caution, if you want a cheap cut, and don't want your needs met, and to be pushed and bullied, get your hair cut here. Otherwise, please spend a little bit more money on yourself, because you deserve better service, treatment, and decent humanity.

I got one of the most terrible experience cutting my hair. They treat customers so rudely. Even without selecting a style, the lady in the shop cutting my hair and the hair cut was really really really bad. I under it’s just 13 dollars, but she was rude to me the entire time while cutting hair. Please don’t go here!!

The lady is horrible. Worst customer service. Very rude lady. She is racist with Indians. Not advisable to go to this place. Lady doesnt have the skills and she does everything in hurry. Never visit this place.

I put a 1 star but I wish I could give a 0 star. Both my parents have gone here to cut their hair multiple times with Leslie and she was very rude and rough. She has a lot of attitude, is always in a rush, and clearly does not enjoy her job. She always complains about everything including her clients. Very miserable experience. If she is miserable cutting she should find a job that makes her complain less. Being kind is free.
