I got gel today with my sister, omg awful.My nails are all different length, some are round and some are square the gel is bumpy and way too thick. The lady that did our nails is the owner of the salon and she was clearly in a rush. My natural nails looked better then what I have now.Do not waste your money going there, I’ll be removing mine asap.

Booked an appointment and they made me wait an hour. My pedicure was awful, took her 20 min only and did it very fast. The nail polish looked uneven. Wasted $57.

I had a facial with Steph on Friday as a birthday present and it was the BEST facial I have ever received. She not only explained what she was doing, she was meticulous and gentle. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day. Thank you so much Steph. And thank you to the owners to accommodate my goof with booking ❤️

It was very clean and they were very nice but 3 days after having a pedicure, my polish looked like it had been done a month ago. I started with one girl, who did not do a good job at cleaning the cuticles or removing the dead skin, then she left mid pedicure to do another client and I was left to wait as the lady went between my mom and myself. Like I said, super clean and really nice staff but I'm not happy with the quality.

This place is underwhelming to say the least. I had a classic pedicure which cost $57 including tax and tip. I never complain, but the description of the classic says they spend 45 to 1:15 with you. I was lucky if she spent 30 mins on my feet. Very disappointing since I have been to the sister salon in Pointe Claire and it is MUCH better. I will not come back here again. This place markets like it is a spa, but is more like a drop in nail salon, without the $30 pedi price. Very disappointing.

Hit or miss! Mae the owner is great as well as Christina. The new girls not so much.Went 2 weeks ago for a shellac mani and she completely ruined my nails by using the electric sander and sanded them too thin.My nail broke on one finger and tore from the nail bed. The left hand was even worse.Had the shellac removed from another salon. They are ruined.Will not be going back....

I went to get a facial with Shaeina and she was so amazing! She was ready to receive me from the moment I walked in, and greeted me with a big smile! She walked me through the steps of the facial and I felt super relaxed and freshened up when I left! Thank you Bisoux. Will definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking to get a facial, their nails or waxing done! They have so many services to choose from.

I've been going to Bisoux Nails since they opened. Their service is amazing and they are always willing to go a step further to ensure that the service is more than satisfactory. I truly recommend you Bisoux Nails located BEHIND the Tim Horton at280 rue Bouget. Do not mistaken Bisoux for the other place on Saint Charles as they are definitely not the same.

Went in to remove acrylic nails which is very common to do. My natural nails are completely damaged, so much of my nail was drilled off to the point where I can see the pink skin under my nail. Very painful. Didn’t bother to give me a discount or anything, she then proceeded to talk about me to her coworker once I finished my payment and called me stupid and blaming it to be MY fault when they were the one that did the damage to my nail. Unbelievable, never coming back here.

Wonderful experience today with Christina! She was welcoming, attentive and very kind! My daughter unexpectedly had to come with me and was welcomed by all staff for my appointment. Look forward to making more appointments in the future, highly recommend!
