This is the go to place for hearing aids. I was nervous going in to get my hearing tested at a younger age than most. But the entire staff are amazing and the entire process was great. Jillian programmed my hearing aids perfectly. When I had to have one of my hearing aids sent in for repairs, it was super quick and easy. It's great to be able to hear again. I highly recommend this location if you need hearing aids.

I brought my mom for a hearing aid assessment. The audiologist , Talia was amazing. She was so patient explaining the benefits and rationale of a hearing aid to a hard-of-hearing 83 yr old who was initially very resistant. Her knowledge and patience won my mom over, and will definitely change my mom’s life going forward.

My hearing was compromised from my military service and for years I compromised to try and make up for what I was missing. Terrible service. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment for a hearing test with Tinnitus. When I got there they told me I can’t be seen and to rebook. There was 0 communication within the 2 weeks of the appointment booked that there was a no travel policy for the patient. Manager apologized and blamed upper management for a policy not enforced by Government of Canada or provincial policy. No corrective action and no accountability.Don’t come here as there are better audiologist at Amplifone, Sound and Connect Hearing.Terrible mismanagement.

Very efficient service, whole process only took less than 15 minutes. Dr.Jillian was kind and welcoming. The results are wonderful. I have returned to the world of sound again and feel soooo much better!

Recently I have some issues with my hearing aids and booked an appointment with the Broadway office. The Receptionist is nice and friendly and booked me in for the next day. Jillian, the Audiologist, is super helpful and fixed my hearing aids in no time. She also taught me how to prevent the same issues from reoccurring going forward. I am happy with my experience with the staff at NexGen and would recommend them to others.

Wonderful, professional, courteous and caring experience. I was worried about a potential wax build up in my right ear and decided to make an appointment with an audiologist for an exam. Dr. Jillian Soh was such a pleasure to meet. Very kind, polite, and explained everything as we went along. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was all done by 15 minutes. I have no hesitation recommending her or this location for any needs related to hearing. The reception attendants were also very polite and welcoming. 5 stars.

I went next gen with both my ears blocked and Jillian was so wonderful ..She was so calm and professional and the whole procedure felt like ear spa and I would totally recommend her to all my friends and family ..Thank u Jillian and Next Gen
