Always friendly, laughing and joking. They carry out your bottles to and from your car. Very polite gentlemen that work here.

The gentleman that owns One Stop Water is very courteous, always brings the full jugs to my car. I like supporting the small local business & the pricing is cheaper than others in Ingersoll. The store itself could use a facelift, but overall the service is excellent!

The owner promised $10 for each bottle returned. The bottles were delivered to his store. He has not paid the refund.

We love one stop water. Hopeton is great to deal with and will help you with all your needs. His service guy Jaime is also awesome. Friendly, personable, and professional. We actually moved to St. Thomas and still called hopeton to have water filtration and a softener installed in our new home. We are always happy to give one stop water our business.

hours are good open Saturday. the staff is always friendly and helpful...ie: carrying water bottles to the car..and the prices are excellent.

Good experience. Until I had a water leak in the new system. . Called hope.No answer. No return call. . Called store, no answer. Your selling feature was you back your product and installation. Had to get a plumber over on a long weekend. $$$$.
