I would recommend Abdul for so many reasons, his professionalism, his timeliness in moving things forward, and his results. I was blown away by the service he provided and he was able to exceed my expectations regarding the actual lending rates provided. I would especially recommend him for owners of corporations as he was able to blend my corporate and personal income to determine a blended total income when presenting to the bank for approval - which resulted in $$$ of tax dollars saved for me. Out of everyone involved in the selling and buying of my home, Abdul was the best person to deal with. I only saw him ONCE throughout the whole process, everything else was done over the phone, completely hassle free. Via phone, Abdul was always ready to clarify and respond to our questions. Every single time we ended our calls, abdul would surprise us with a lower rate. Even when we walked into the branch for our last signing, we were told that abdul had dropped the rates even more.
