Brandon at Telus/Koodo Coquitlam Centre is super great! He helped me resolve an issue I was having when I tried to switch providers. He looked into it, followed up and resolved it so quickly! He even called me after it was done to let me know! I’m a very happy new customer thanks to Brandon! He was friendly, professional and very helpful! Hope he gets recognized for his great work!

As a long year customer of telus with multiple products (Mobile and Home services), I went to this shop to get another phone line for my family. As always I'm trying to understand everything before signing a contract; so, very natural that I ask questions! MJ A was the one I was talking to and asking my questions and at the 3rd question she got mad at me! I think Telus should train their employees to be patience with customers. Asking her, please not to get mad at me, she replied she is not getting mad! But it was obvious that she was mad bcs of my questions regarding the plan I was choosing! At the end she did her job selling me what I was looking for, but with an unpleasant aftertaste! Overall 2 stars for me being at the store, though normally I do everything online.

I finally had to replace my old LG android phone and upgraded to a Google Pixel 7. I made my appointment online and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful customer service that I received from Sylvia P in Coquitlam Centre! She was so kind and patient and answered all of my questions. I am no techy but feel much more confident because of all of her help. Thank you Sylvia for taking care of us senior citizens!! You are amazing!! ❤

i came in on a very busy day with rather a complicated issue with my phone. Representative Nakul assisted me and went far and beyond to try to resolve my situation. I would highly recommend this place as they are very helpful and very resourceful.

I came on a very busy day and the team was amazing and helpful. Especially Billy gave me exceptional customer service and educated me on all the mobiles plans available. He made sure to understand my needs and pick the best plan. He catered the plan to me and it’s more than I could ask for! I would recommend this store to my family and friends :)

Brandon and Billy were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Even though they were swamped with cyber Monday shoppers, they took the time to explain everything in detail, find solutions to problems and suggested ways for me to save. Great customer service!
