Took my car in for repair of an issue I carefully described to Chris in Female, which he translated into mechanical. After John looked at my vehicle, I received a phone call explaining what the issue was. Chris looked around to find the parts at a fair price and told me what the total cost was going to be before the work was done. It was fixed before end of business day and I appreciated they kept me informed. My Rav4 runs great and I will be bringing all my vehicles to Action in the future.Thanks to John, Chris and Action for providing great mechanical and customer service!!

A huge thanks to the Action Towing crew. My husband took my Jeep for oil change and tires change, had the appointment for 1pm and they called around 2pm to tell me that my car was ready to go! Friendly and professional people, very knowledgeable, they care about my safety and always happy to answer questions. Great service, and they stand behind their work. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service. I had an appointment for an alignment and they couldn't do it because the car that was stuck there so they had to reschedule. They were very apologetic and gave me a discount for my troubles. Most places would of just said not our fault. Cheers to them all for great service on my vehicle and customer service. I'll be going there in the future.

Had some major car issues when passing through town. Called them up and within ~20 minutes they were on scene to tow the car. They were extremely friendly and dropped of my family and all our luggage at a near by restaurant to wait for our ride. The car was fixed and ready for pick up by noon the next day. Fair prices and excellent service - highly recommended.

The guys at Action we’re so courteous and accommodating. We went in to get a tire patched and they were pleasant, quick actioning and fit us in right away into their super busy schedule and heavy workload. Service with a smile and highly recommended. Outstanding service from start to finish. The staff at reception were extremely polite, respectful, helpful and friendly. They patiently and willingly answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns…and there were many! Nick (the driver of the tow truck) was punctual, very thorough in his pre-travel inspection end to end. He was cheerful, professional and very patient despite my anxiety. He stopped and inspected the vehicle several times along the way to ensure all was well and also went above and beyond to ensure we felt confident that our beloved trailer and its cargo would reached safely…which it did. Thank you Nick and Chris for your exemplary service. We will never use another towing service again.

On my commute home this past Friday, I hit a large pit hole which caused my exhaust pipe to disconnect from my car’s resonator…and the noise was unbearable. When I finally got home I frantically searched for a mechanic that was open on the weekends….every shop was closed when I got home but the next morning (Saturday), I started calling shops n the area and I finally found Active to be open.Chris was my first contact and he was very helpful and said that I could bring my car in for a quick diagnosis. I drive there, had the look at it and was home within an hour. They were fast, informative, and they talked to me like I was a friend of theirs and not just a client.I wasn’t able to get my car fixed that day as they were fully booked, but Chris made it happen for me the next day they were open. He squeezed me into his schedule that Monday.When I went to pick up my car, I was met with friendly faces and an invoice that was exactly what was quoted…no surprises at all. Even when my car was diagnosed, they showed me exactly what needed to be done….and they did it.I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for or needing automotive care. They will be the first we call in the future. I can’t say enough about how excellent their service was….just outstanding!!!Thank you Chris!!!!! A life saver!!!!
