Friendly staff but a cashless" bank? ATM only. That's not very helpful when one needs specific amount of cash (i.e. exact change) or to deposit a cheque and withdraw exact amounts."

It took them 1.45 hours to open Student GIC Account. TD took 15 minutes sharp. Seems under training staff. Please try to avoid.

As a business customer, initially this location was fantastic. The account manager was great. That is of course until I started having issues with them. They closed my business accounts, with no explanation. I have other relationship with CIBC and they don't even know what is going on. Strongly recommend staying away from the CIBC Sumas Location.

I have always been nervous going to banks because of the bad experiences I have with advisors. However , the last two times I’ve met with Fidele at this location has been great. He was really helpful , and took a lot of stress of my shoulders. I highly recommend talking to him if you need help with your banking. Very patient and answered the millions of questions I had. Excellent branch. Mr. Sarvaiya is an asset to CIBC. He is really good at explaining things. He spends time with you and makes sure you are fully informed. The other staff at the branch are super friendly and kind.I want to thank CIBC for hiring and training such dedicated people who take care of their clients and ensures proper service is given.Thank you to this team for answering my financial questions.
