Woodstone Restaurant and Patio
The servers thumb dipped into our chowder as he placed it on the table for us. We saw him remove his thumb and it was wet. Yes we could have asked for another - we shouldn’t have to. He was aware his thumb went into the soup.Also didn’t have all of the proper ingredients for the drinks we ordered but instead of informing us, they gave them to us improperly made.

Great food. Great service and beautiful views. Try to get a table on the patio to enjoy the views. They even had gifts for our kids to keep them entertained. I would definitely visit again.

Would absolutely be a 5/5 if it's weren't for the wasps. You will almost certainly be visited by them while you dine, even if you sit inside. They should leave you alone if you leave you alone but you know, they're wasps, you never know. If they find the wasp nest they should just throw a tub of ice cream on it and the ants will take care of the problem naturally. No indictment of their service or their food. Even the view is great.

Woodstone Restaurant and Patio
We had dinner at Woodstone Restaurant on a day trip to Galiano Island during the summer. They have a nice patio with a view of the farm/forest. You may spot a few horses during your dinner! The seafood chowder was highly recommended so I had that as my entree. The seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly. There were jumbo prawns, fish, mussels and clams. I enjoyed the taste of the broth as well. For dessert, they had a special Japanese style cheesecake which was light and fluffy and accompanied with ice cream, a sprinkle of nuts, and edible flowers. Great friendly service as well!

We were looking at going out for just desserts and the Woodstone Restaurant dessert options looked delish. The restaurant was absolutely exquisite and super lovely. And although we didn't have a reservation, they sat us and served us, apologizing for any delays (which there was none). 10/10 would go again.

Woodstone Restaurant and Patio
The food was delicious, the ambiance was lovely, and the views over the grounds are gorgeous, but the service was what topped it all to be an exceptional experience. Our server was lovely and split up the chowder that we ordered for our kids to share into separate bowls without us having to even ask. The manager came out and gave our two kids toys to keep them happy before food arrived, and that is every parent's dream at a restaurant, we could then relax and enjoy our meal and drinks and also not feel like our kids were anything short of fully welcome! Highly recommend and truly want to be back whenever we visit Galiano Island again.

Excellent food, great service. We sat on the patio that has a nice view over a horse pasture. Would definitely go back.

I loved the place to be honest, we had our lunch on balcony with the stunning view of the farm facing the restaurant, I had fish and chips which was okay, as someone who’s had fish and chips in her entire life I cannot give the a good score on that… I also had double chocolate brownie with ice cream for dessert which was really good, I genuinely enjoyed this experience

Woodstone Restaurant and Patio
Great vibe and nice view over the ranch. Their dishes are surprisingly delicious and the sauces are phenomenal! Side dishes for the steak are so good that we finished them before the steak itself.
