I called this company (Joe) out of a dirty clothes emergency and within a few days he was up to our cottage and had our washer fixed in time. Friendly and personable with a reasonable price.

Joe is so unprofessional is sad.. it’s been two months trying to get a proper stove showed up to fix it and broke the other element. Never returns calls ether. He’s was coming last Friday to replace my stove and haven’t heard from him since. Scam artist

Phoned Joe on Friday March 10 as our fridge broke down and was told he would come on Monday. Called Joe on Monday AM to confirm time and was told 3:00 pm. No show. Called Tuesday, called Wednesday left message both times. No replies. very disappointed. Heard of Otonabee Appliances, called them, today is Thursday, Otonabee came and fixed fridge. We will never ever use Norwood again.

Joe came to our home about a month ago to fix our washing machine. We have been waiting for over a month for him to return & complete the job. We have not able to reach him. We are worried something may have happened to him as his voice mail box is full. Our washing machine is pulled apart & unusable. We are anxious to speak to Joe to discuss our next steps but unfortunately we may have to move on to another appliance repair person.

Joe showed up in a timely manner when our stove died in March. Since then we’ve been waiting for a new control panel. I’ve been chasing him for answers since April (it’s now July). Two months ago he said he was waiting on the part, and he hasn’t answered our calls since. I was able to order the part myself and received it in two weeks. Now I’m trying to find someone to install it, and still no answers to my phone calls…
