Went in for a new pair of running shoes. The attendant spent a long time with me, bringing various shoes to try. I ended up with a great fitting pair of runners that were on sale. I didn't even realize that they were on sale until after I made my decision, so that was a pleasant surprise.

Walked into a the store and waited 5 mins for the person working to acknowledge us. I asked about a specific shoe and he didn’t have knowledge about it, so suggested a few shoes. I mentioned a few times that I’ve never been fitted for running shoes a couple times and said I wanted to get fitted be wasn’t offered it. He ended up just bringing me two pairs of shoes to try and then walked back to sit at the till. The store advertised offering fittings. You should have more knowledgable staff working. Will not be coming back to this location.

I shopped here in the past, had great service. I was there on the weekend and the service was below one star. The single employee preferred to sit on his chair and play on his phone then even look up when a potential customer entered the store. Absolutely pathetic.

Bought a pair of running shoes on the Black Friday Weekend. Shoe box had a $100 on sale sticker (not a one off mistake, the $100 stickers were on all the boxes of the same shoes model). Checked the receipt when I got home and realized I was charged for $120. Called them and they said the sticker was a mistake and told me the only way is to go back for a refund (I live 40 minutes drive away). Went back the next day, staff questioned if I wore them (I did not) and hesitated to refund. I had to explained to him the reason for me to return was I got charged more than advertised.Staffs were friendly and knowledgable but I will not return again.

The worst customer experience, hands down!!! I always like to shop from the Running Room at this mall but what the rep did today was an eye opener. He was sitting behind the desk playing his phone and completely ignoring the customers. And what made it worse is when I asked him to honor the price tagged on the box, he peeled the tag off, rolled his eyes and said to me pathetic". I just can't believe how a sales person with minimum training who represents the store

I work in the mall. I wait in mall only to hear their sensor towers by door going off non-stop every morning and all night because they are to inept to move things away from the towers when they close to keep it from going off constantly all night. Security confirms this. This isn't clear enough? You have to move your merchandise with sensor tags away from towers when you close so your towers don't go off all night. Weak

Went in to return sandals and picked up a gift that I ordered online. Manager was very friendly and helpful. I have been intimidated by running stores in the past but had a really good experience and felt very comfortable. Will be buying my shoes from here in the future.

I don't generally like the running room because their selection of running brands isn't the greatest but at this running room, there's an older gentleman who is the best sales person I have ever met. I don't know his name but if you see a slim man with glasses and white hair, you have to go in.He doesn't sell products. He sells information. Both times I went in, he took his time to understand my needs and then gave me a few options. They didn't have what I needed but my wife ended up buying a pair of shoes from them.
