Called them and booked an appointment a week out. Laughed at me originally when I asked for a time. Then we booked. Texted the night before confirming our time, and they simply said that they were not coming. Very unprofessional.

Received great service in a condo building which not all plumbers are insured for! We got an appointment for next day and they performed a great job in a short period of time. Their flat rate was very reasonable, especially compared to other plumbers we got quotes from.

Roy was able to fit me into his schedule right away when I phoned to see if he could come and unplug my bathroom sink drain. He was very knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. I feel very happy that I now have a good plumber I can call if I have any problems! I really appreciated that he asked if I wanted him to wear a mask and...that he didn't mind my crazy dogs. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again!
