I had store my bike for the winter and finally today I was able to pick it up. Sergio and his staff were very friendly and I had no issues . I totally recommend this place for anyone looking for parts , maintenance, and storage .Thank you for taking care of my bike !

Great friendly staff, explained the detailed work done on my ride and they have affordable tow service too. What amazed me was the owner rang me after few days to check if everything was ok. I been going to big names in the past but Otomoto is my new fav motorcycle mechanic in the 6ix. There is even a cafe next to the garage for people to chill.

Online service is greatly laking, no communication after payment. Excuse after excuse do not recommend even the shipping is bad they ship in the product box no protection ans no signature for the delivery they just drop the box at the front door for the world to see.First and last time buying from them.

I've had the pleasure to deal with Sergio. What a gentleman!I was in the market for an exhaust for my motorcycle and came across Otomoto. I was very indecisive on what to get.It probably took me 2 weeks just to decide what I was going to get.So, I was really bugging Sergio for 2 weeks non stop to be honest.But Sergio never lost patience. He always took his time to answer all my questions and sometimes we would also talk on the phone so that everything would be clear for me.Kudos to him for dealing with someone annoying like myself.In the end I ended up ordering a Yoshimura exhaust and it came right on time like promised. His prices were also excellent.In conclusion, the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back and will send more people his way.I wish him nothing but the best!Thank you Sergio and the Otomoto team

Took my bike in for tire changes and brake pad replacement. The guys are super nice and friendly. They do a great job! I didn't have to wait 7 days to get an appointment either(this might be a lucky thing).It's a great find for me since I was used to going all the way to GP Bikes from Toronto for everything.Definitely, call them or go check them out for your motorcycle needs!

What a great experience! I’ve been running around the city trying to find the right nuts and bolts for my battery and I walked into OTOMOTO and this great man was so helpful and found a solution for us in a minute and didn’t want a penny for it! Incredible customer service. Thank you!

If I would give them 10 stars I would do so. Good service, genuine, friendly. I honestly think this is the best motorcycle shop in Toronto.
