Wanted to write this review for awhile, but don't have time. Just want to let you know. Cory is amazing. If I am buying a watch, I would definitely want to make a purchase from Cory.Haven't purchased the submariner from Cory yet, but his service is exceptional. About 2 weeks ago, I was trying to reach out to Palladio and was looking for a submariner for my father's birthday. I wrote an email to Palladio. I am so glad Cory is able to reply me and took his time explain all the details and function about the watch and invite me to the store. I just want to say this is what a luxury experience should look like. I look forward to visit the store and meet Cory. Hopefully I am able to purchase the special gift for my father soon as well.Thank you Cory

I’m new to the watch hobby and want to start collecting Rolex watches. Cory surprised me with an email couple days ago about a Deep Sea (JC) and I picked it up today! I’d like to thank Cory for giving me an opportunity to buy such a gorgeous timepiece.It was my first time being at Palladio and it is a beautiful store!

Ian is so professional and kind!!My fiancé and I were looking for our wedding bands and a watch. The wedding bands of other brands like Tiffany&co and Cartier look very common and were not attractive enough to us. The ones we got from Palladio were so unique and we were so satisfied with the quality of the rings. Ian also kindly explained the history of the brand and everything! We were so impressed by his service. Even though we haven’t got the watch we wanted yet, we were not very disappointed.Thanks Ian once again!

Palladio is by far the best Rolex boutique in the province. Having been on the hunt for a new timepiece for a while, I've stopped by many boutiques over the past few months - none have lived up to my experiences at Palladio.Kenny and the rest of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about watches (and are a pleasure to chat with). I always feel welcome to try on new pieces, no matter how frequently I stop by.If you've ever thought about dropping in, but have been apprehensive due to experiences at other boutiques, just do it. Palladio and their staff is amazing and I can't recommend them enough.

I had an exceptional experience visiting Cory at the Palladio Jewellers! He was referred to me by a good friend and in all honesty, I am super grateful for his service. He's exceptionally knowledgeable, and is very professional to deal with. Palladio is easily my favorite jeweler I have been to. Jason and his team offer the most exceptional service and made every trip to the store a pleasant experience.I had made my first visit in May and knew there was a shortage of timepieces. I was a bit intimidated at first but when I dropped in, Jason greeted me warmly and was very welcoming, and took the time to show me around and let me try on some exhibition pieces. It was a real treat to chat with Jason as he is deeply passionate about watches and has a wealth of knowledge.I expressed my interest in a Rolex explorer 2 that I have been eyeing to add to my collection. Jason was very genuine and honest with expectations which I deeply appreciate. Fast forward to last weekend and I was ecstatic to receive a text message from Jason telling me my desired watch had come in. I came down and he showcased the beautiful timepiece to me. I had my watch sized by the staff who were super attentive and patient as I had made multiple adjustments. They made sure I was 100% completely satisfied with my new watch purchase and explained all the details thoroughly. The entire buying process was such a fantastic and special experience, I couldn’t have asked for more.If you’re in the market for new a new timepiece or jewelry I’d highly recommend Palladio. They have beautiful jewelry and some of the most exquisite timepiece brands such as H. Moser, Carl F. Bucherer, F.p. Journe and Parmigiani, and more. I look forward to returning to Palladio in the future as a continued customer and I can't recommend them enough.

My experience with Palladio Jewellers has been tremendous so far. Jason the owner, was kind enough to walk me through the display time pieces when I first visited the store 3 months ago. He is extremely humble, professional & honest to deal with. It was an unforgettable experience during my first visit.After months of waiting, Jason was able to deliver what I requested for. I was served by Kenny when I came in and he provided me with an excellent service. We spoke for quite a while and we shared the same interests in the same watch.I would highly recommend Jason and Kenny from Palladio Jewellers. Look forward to deal with them soon.
