The product is of good quality and the speed with which it arrived exceeded my expectation of a week+. It was on my doorstep in 4 days! I cannot say what RV Part Shop would be like if there was a problem with an order because I have never had a problem.

Was very impressed with the service. The fellow was very helpful and knowledgeable but when we asked about shipping to Canada he said it would only be $38. Our part was over $500. so we were excited to get it ordered and delivered but were shocked when we had to pay over $165. for duty. Guess we’ll look to buy Canadian next time. Turned out to be a very expensive generator part. Not happy

Ordered part from here in the past and will be the only place I get my RV parts. Great price and a huge selection to get exactly what was needed.

Nick and team were fantastic to deal with. I ordered a new 5th wheel hitch and fit my new F250 perfectly. These folks know their stuff and I’ll be using them again for all my future RV equipment purchases.

I placed my order, it was free shipping if I ordered over $100 so I thought great time to order my items are heavy so shipping would have normally been $100 to $200. I never received a confirmation of order, so logged on and looked it up. Everything was right/correct, they processed my payment same day as order. Online when I looked up my invoice it said, “waiting to ship”. I thought great, just waiting for pickup by transport company. Yeah, not so much. Checked every couple of days (since I had no emails from them) and after 10 days, I look my order up it shows “Order Cancelled”. Still no email, no notification, nothing. Then it still took another week for my $$ to be put back on my credit card. NOT IMPRESSED! And still no notification Disappointed with the whole process, don’t bother dealing with them as they are obviously not organized, willing to take money quickly but forget about anything else being efficient or timely.

Ordered part on line and recieved an email almost immediately with follow up emails to track shipping and with pdf invoice. Within several days the package arrived at my door.I am very impressed with your service and will definitely use your services in the future.Thank you for a Hassel free shopping experience

When I ordered my item the website said they had it in stock. I placed my order and they said it would be here in about a week. Two weeks later, I checked the website and it said the item was on backorder. I had hoped to repair my rig when the item arrived while the weather was favourable. Because the item did not arrive on time, I had to do a temporary repair and put the rig back in storage. The item still hasn't arrived and I haven't any notification from RV Part Shop.

I ordered a plastic cover for the end of my awning that was damaged. Shipping to Vancouver was super quick, less than 2 days, and they shipped the correct part of a great price. Very happy with the experience, and I'll definitely order from them again.
