Excellent customer service. Very helpful, friendly, and honest! They demonstrated this by the way they interacted with me, on the phone and in person. They have outstanding virtues, and I recommend renting a vehicle from those folks. Addiontily, the car was spotless inside and out.

Absolutely fabulous place. When Enterprise lost our reservation and refused to help us I called National and they immediately accommodated us with a 3 week rental. Without their help we wouldn't have had a car for our vacation. Can't stress enough how wonderful the staff are at this place.

Cindy was very helpful. She was able to get us a moving truck on short notice. A++. Also they have the best rates and mileage packages versus any of the other chains (Trenton or Belleville) . Give her a call and you will see!

The best car rental service I ever had. They offer responsive, out of hours, car rental through the CAA and when our van broke down, at night, on the 401 over thanksgiving they bailed us out. Cindy was at the service desk within 10mins of the call from our CAA tow to help us get to our family for the long weekend as quickly as possible. If you’ve ever been stuck halfway up the 401 on a long weekend you’ll understand just how great this service is. Thanks especially to Cindy and National for offering such a great service.
