Hotel is situated in a great location with shopping centre in the back across the street and more shopping a few streets away. Plenty of parking and excellent staff who are customer friendly. Only negative was second bed in room was situated on top of the room air-conditioner which blew cold all night every night. Time to replace those old monster units with something more modern and less noisy.

Room was not cleaned. Room had a strange, unsettling smell throughout the 4 day stay. Common areas were generally untidy.

I was at a 3 day conference at the University of Guelph. The room I had was extremely clean, very comfortable and well appointed. As I have a spinal injury and prefer a somewhat rigid" mattress

Some of these reviews are needlessly negative. I stayed at Days Inn Guelph over the holidays, and all the staff were very lovely and accomodating. Room was clean and well kept. Free parking was great. Would definitely stay here again!

The beds aren't the best the breakfast was my son's favorite thing. Some staff were good. When I tried to pay with cash I felt it confused them lol but overall it was okay

The staff was nice, but there were obviously homeless people living there, outside Smoking and swearing, Doors opening and shutting all hours of the day and night. Was awake every two hours with the hallway noises. The room wasn't bad. Bed was uncomfortable, Bathroom was disgusting... I wouldn't shower it in. I won't stay again.

Room was pleasant and well furnished. The room rating I gave was based on the fact the there was a step down from the entrance way to the bedroom floor. Step was not lighted or marked in any way. Mobility issue for me and visibility issue for me. At night a trip to the bathroom provided a challenge.

the first contact, front desk recalled me as the mad one from calling earlier to setup details for the room. Let me back up, we were in an emergency situation had driven 3hrs on no notice. I was a tad stressed. Get to the room, toilet dirty, tub filthy. Go to open the curtains, there's a stain that looked, well like blood. Other than there being clean sheets, and us needing to be in a certain location radius. We would have not even gone past the front desk interaction. And saved the low standard experience.
