Beena and her team are a safe place to receive the encouragement and motivation needed to be successful in your weight loss. Set backs are not frowned upon, there is no judgement only encouragement. The program works, and Beena's nutritional education allows her to pay attention to your specific needs. If you choose to purchase products, the pre-made shakes are fantastic, convenient and a decent price. Good luck on your journey, you will be successful if Beena has anything to do with it!!!

Ideal Protein is an easy way to lose weight that I would recommend to anyone. But the coach is what makes it so amazing. Beena will keep you on the right path, holding you accountable which makes the diet so much easier to stick to. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. She is a diet coach, a confidant, an advisor, and now my friend. I think anyone would be lucky to have the chance to get to know her.

Beena was amazing! She was super helpful and provided me with advice that was unbias and geared specifically towards my needs. I was able to finally hit below 200 lbs with her help...which I haven't been able to achieve over 10 years. I'd recommend anyone that's trying to lose weight to go to her, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
