Fixed my girlfriend's car for much less than other shops quoted, even made minor repairs with no extra charge while doing the major repairs. Very friendly and fast. Brought her own parts and they used them with no issue.

Thanks to Runway Auto Collision and repair Inc.I was just looking for a autobody shop near my area that day, and find them in google search. while reading the reviews about the shop most of them say good things about them, so i went and check it out. In there i met Kevin and helped me out on things that i needed such as talking to the insurance company and car rentals. I have no idea on what to do and he guide me through the process. He was also knowledgeable about my situation and even treated me like a family even though we just met.The customer service offered by Kevin was outstanding. He then also expedited the process and helped me ease my situation. Being a first time customer I felt very well taken care of and will absolutely return for any future problem. By the way, they did an amazing job with my honda crv. Thank you very much!

Isn’t the address 99 West Dr ??I’ve been dealing with the mechanics there since 2017-2018 and they’re good.Usually their quotes are less than anywhere else and I have had no issues with my repairs afterwards.I like the fact that they have more than one hoist so that saves costumers time and more money for them lol.It does get busy there sometimes and the wait can be long.As for the auto collision and body shop, I’ve never dealt with them before, I am assuming they’re both for the same owner Rana ?

The owner Mr.Rana is very humble,nice and polite person.Many service bays and prompt service.Charges are very reasonable.They have most parts available in their inventory and they are good at their job.

I went there to replace brake pads and rotors 3 weeks earlier.. rotors had rust in 15-20 days … they said we do nothing it happen with every car … This happen in just 15-20 days … Thankyou runway auto for this service and your valuable comment on this …

Went there oil change several times, last time there mechanic ( who started that job like 5days ago as he told us), broke something maybe the bolt that stops the oil on bottom or maybe the inner lining where the bolt stands, then he applied silicone on it to stick it . I felt something is off , so i took pictures of that guy applying the silicone,After a week i went to india and when i came back , i saw the oil leaking from the car , went to these guys and they said come in morning.Went in morning , they said it’s Saturday and come on monday .I was working on monday, so i asked my buddy to go to workshop on friday afternoon, he went there and got the samething that we have lot of work and come tomorrow morning.I came home from work early just for this, and showed it to a new mechanic and he showed me the silicone coming out of bolt .I went back to runway auto collision and told the owner that i have picture of you guy applying silicone and the whole thing and he said that old hondas have issue so we apply it on all hondasAnd again said to come tomorrow morning, like we have work man.I would pay the price to another mechanic to fix and rather than going again to them.I still have pictures of the guy applying silicone . And i dont want to defame some worker , where the owner needs to be more responsible for the actions of his workers.

Kevin at Runway auto was very pleasant to deal with. He informed me, when servicing my vehicle, and unlike other automotive places, he wasn't just acknowledgeable but came off as friendly, and honest. I will now always bring my car here, and recommend Kevin whenever i can possible. Also notable, the inside of the waiting area was very nice and clean and i felt comfortable waiting for my car to finish. He changed my battery quickly, and serviced me the same day i called. Terrible service. I brought my car here so it could be repaired after a pothole incident, and not only did they forget to change a part, but they have since been entirely unresponsive to my attempts to reach out. I would recommend anywhere else but here, absolutely terrible experience.

They’re not really professional you go there and tell them what your problem is they do the job which is OK but they don’t look into anything else I’ve been a customer from last year and I regularly get my oil changed here and every time I ask them if there is anything else you want to check or suspicious please let me know, but they are so busy. They never tell you any problem with the car so everyone to them three times because my Indian was doing a noise and it didn’t fix or addresses it l ends up, blowing up, and cost me $6000
