Je suis extrêmement déçu par ce magasin. Je suis aller avec ma fille essayer une robe qu'elle a réservé et elle a finit par aimer une autre robe. La propriétaire nous a laissé la nouvelle robe a un prix bas et elle a même commencé a ajusté la robe avec des épingles.On a choisit un voile et au moment qu'on est arrivé à la caisse elle a augmenté le prix de 300$ alors que la robe était moins chère que la première. La propriétaire est malhonnête et n'est pas du tout professionnelle avec les autres clients. Au moment ou on était dans le magasin elle était entrain de crier sur une autre cliente. Si je pouvais j'aurais donné 0 étoile a ce magasin.

Worse experience I’ve ever had. The saleslady was very rude to me and my friend. She screamed at us and very aggressive. She was screaming even they have other customers. What they want it’s just money even though the dress is not good for you they will tell you it’s good. The price was very expensive for the dress/gown they sells. No professionalism and no respect. I spoked to them very nice, if I can just échange the gown but they did not accept. They did not explain to me that there is no exchange and return. It’s not even on the receipt. And the sales lady took my receipt today and went in front to put a stamp on the receipt ( final sale ). Why did she even do that? Which is they did not put at the first place and explain it to me. I don’t recommended this place just go to other place to buy a dress/gown. I will just pray for them.

Great service ever!!! First store I visited for my wedding dress and Im soo thankful I did. The staffs are wonderful, helpful,lovely, and caring. They listened to everything I wanted, and made me feel confident in my new dresss. I HIGHLY recommend Miradore Couture to any future bride. So grateful to be there.

Good experience. I visited here and tried dress. The seller helped me pick up the dress and give me a lot of suggestions about the style and size. I really appreciate it. She is really nice and patient, even though I didn’t buy any dress today.

Worst service that i've experienced and not a good ambiance there either staff or cashier

I visited the store for the second time after having visited it last year. They soon remind me with their behaviour why I didn't buy from them last year. It never seizes to amaze me how rude they can be to their clients. A bunch of low-lives at best. No class what so ever, very uneducated bunch of people. And the other reviews on this thread only goes to prove it is a pattern of behaviour and not just a couple of bad days.

I went there without an appointment to try wedding gowns. The consultant took her time to show me the dresses. She was very patient and caring. I didn't end up buying a dress but I really appreciated their time and kindness.

I’m very disappointed. Stay as far as you can from them they’re just a bunch of scammers. Watch out !!
