I have been dealing with this branch for years, they have good banking rates for services. However; When it comes to customer service I can rate the branch with one star because there is no lower ranking available.I contacted the branch during COVID-19 pandemic to open an investment account. The branch was open for in person appointment, but they refused to book me except for on line appointment. The banker disabled the video function and accused me of not being able to use the function while I can see she disabled it from her end.Later , There was a deadline for yearly contribution to my portfolio and I was transferred to 4 different employees to book an appointment to be called minutes later because the financial advisor did not want me to deal with any other employee except the one who opened the account for me.The last issue happened today, I called last week to notify the branch that will be coming with a certified check and I like to have access to the check amount the same day and I was told there should not be any problem. When I showed up before the 5 p.m. the manager refused to release any amount . I was looking for less than 20% and be available as I am expecting some withdrawals the same night. I understand it was late in the day, but I called a week ago to make sure I will have no issues when I bring the check which was issued by a lawyer.That being said, I am not sure if this institution is the right place for any banking service if you base your decision on the service you will receive.

You built a brand new bldg yet you put the ATM machine outside.... WHAT ?? It used to be in a safe, weather protected area inside the front door....now it has glare from the sun, its a mess from weather and road grit and you feel unsafe standing at it...Why did you do this...Ridiculous !!!!!

The employees treat you like family. Great Customer Service. Polite, Understanding and take the time to listen and get it right the first time. Environmentally friendly by giving me a Red Bud Tree from Van Luke’s Greenhouse which is 15 feet high now and extremely pretty. Thanks to every one of you! Roger & Candi Richards
