Staff are very helpful! They were able to answer all of my questions and made my experience so much better. The facility is clean and well kept.

Excellent service!! Patti is very kind and so helpful. She answers all the questions thoroughly that we have had. I would highly recommend renting a storage unit here! A bonus benefit is that it is a drive thru building that is air conditioned! You don’t have to weather the elements outside. I highly recommend contacting Patti with all your storage unit needs! The facility is beautiful and clean! Patti and Life Storage has exceeded my expectations!

I stayed in Life Storage for a few hours, as it was part of a big move, and I must say I've never felt so comfortable in a storage space before. Doug was courteous and accomodating, showing me my space and mentioning all the things they could offer me. I ended up re-packing some of my suitcases into the very cheap boxes they sell. Fantastic, would pick again!

Great storage facility! Easy access, secure, and easy to book your unit online! Drive through with your furnishings keeps you warm & dry. Flatbed carts available to use when unloading. Definitely would recommend & use again!

The store manager Patti made my unit move-in absolutely stress free. She showed me a couple of different units to help me decide what amount of space would work best for me and what I need it for. She is so kind and listened to me. She had an answer for all of my questions (and as an over-thinker, I had quite a few). She never made it seem like I was inconveniencing her with the time she spent with me. The facility is so much cleaner than others I had gone to when deciding which one would be best for me. 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone who needs a storage unit.

I moved a 2 bedroom apt into a 10x10 unit here back in September when Doug was the manager. He was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Patti is now the new manager as Doug oversees a different location. She is amazing too! She made the moving out process smooth and easy. She’s extremely caring and helpful! Had a great experience. Set up a reservation online and was inside the locker within minutes. Worked with Patty. It was a seamless and painless process. No headaches no nonsense. She was fantastic. She said she was newer but she could have fooled me. She was quite knowledgeable and professional when it came to the renting and storage process. Had an answer quick for every question. I’ve worked in sales for years. She did a great job pitching the extra services they offer and wasn’t too pushy, but also very confident in what she was selling. I came unprepared even though they told me up front at the reservation, so they provided me with insurance and a lock so I didn’t have to worry about it. The place is clean, climate controlled, and we have access all day and night. The ability to use the inside parking for drive up feature is fantastic. Especially after hours. For something as simple as a storage facility, I give it a 5/5 stars.
