Karl has come to repair a few appliances over the past couple of years. His response time is quick. His service is fast, honest and friendly. He has ordered parts on the spot and they come as quickly as the next day.

Had a dishwasher malfunction, and decided to see if it was worth fixing. Karl answered then phone first ring, and said that he could perhaps come by that same day. He called back later to confirm he in fact could.Karl was extremely professional, personable and quickly found the issue and further determined that it would not be worth the cost to fix the dishwasher as opposed to replacing it. The service call cost only $60 and I had my answer to if it was worth fixing my aging, and frankly poorly designed dishwasher.I would wholeheartedly recommend Karl to anyone, for his professionalism and integrity. A pleasure to do business with, thanks Karl.

Dealt with Karl's appliances for repairs done to my kitchen aid fridge. When the bill was settled, I realized the next morning that the bill was $200 over paid. When I notified him, he responded by telling me the invoice has been filed and closed. I attempted several times after to get my $200 back but he ignored me. If you like giving your money away, this is definitely your guy! He is very dishonest!

Just had Karl come by and look at my dishwasher and he was super friendly and professional. Definitely recommend him! Very knowledge. What would have to be replaced was more then the dishwasher and he said he couldn't replace it knowing it costs that much, knowing it would be ripping me off. 5 stars!

Fixed our washing machineVery friendly, fair prices and gave us some free tips to make our laundry room more efficient.Messaged him on a weekend and he was available to pop by on the Monday. He had to take apart our stacked machines and never complained and he identified the issue right away Needed a part which he ordered on the spot, it had to be shipped and he came in the next day to replace it. He even asked if we thought we could do it ourselves to save us the extra trip/money. Definitely recommend

He promptly responds to service requests, has all the parts needed for the repair at the time of servicing - eliminating repeated visits AND charges very reasonable rates. He makes service calls to Oakbank - where we live, and has never let us down. Great guy and outstanding service!

Bought a house in Oakbank with a Maytag dishwasher that was repaired by the vendor using Karl's Aplliances the week before we took possession - that was September 30, 2016. The panel was replaced (and the reason i have been calling is the lights to not light up - so it's not working).No less than 4 calls to Karl (October 17, 24, 31 and Nov 7)and every time I will call you when I get out to Oakbank" is always the response.... I guess he's never coming back as today is December 19.Typical for repair companies to take the money and run on the initial repair call - If there is warranty work involved - that is the true test of a companies character."
