Competent, kind, thorough and a great communicator. Dr Prabhu and Dr Hunt are an amazing team. Two of the best doctors I have ever met.

Her secretary is the worst. Never answers the phone or responds to faxes. Always gives excuses like Telus issues with phone. Have noticed her on personal calls several times whilst in the office. I needed her to support me through a few seperate issues and she never even responded to my voice-mail messages (which was the only way to communicate as she never answers the phone!). Some times taking days to respond. Many more issues. Both Dr's seem fine here but the receptionists communication and support of their patients is the worst I have ever received. Ever!!
