Mr. Lube + Tires

Asked me to move my truck twice while waiting to allow other cars in to the bays I was waiting on. Fine. Then let multiple cars that showed up after myself and others into the bays on either side. Not my idea of good service. If you ask me to move to let someone else in, why not ask others to move? Waited far too long in line to be treated that level of service.

An employee very rudely asked a young female girl on Jan 28th 2023 if she had a problem. This GROWN male asked a YOUNG girl in the Mcdonalds near if she had a problem with him. I will not be coming here ever, employees have no respect!

I take my fleet vehicle here for service. Last time there was an issue with my fleet payment card. The technician phoned the company and tried several different ways to process finally getting it through. Really appreciated him taking the time to make everything work. I’m able to stay in the car while it’s being serviced using my devices to keep working. This company really understand the needs of working professionals on the road like myself who take pride in their work vehicle.

I got my tires changed off rim at the Fanshawe Road West Mr Lube and a week and a half later, while I was pumping gas, I noticed that my tire said inside". I checked and all four tires said "inside" on the outside

I have been going to this location for a couple of years now! All of the staff are friendly and professional but my favourite is Darian. Super nice guy and extremely knowledgeable! I have never had any issues with any of the services I’ve had done at this location.

I took my Mercedes for an oil change last week to Fanshawe park road west, first of all they broke every single screw of the protection shield under the car instead of unscrewing them they pulled the shield with force. They told me that they didn’t know how to reset the oil so they couldn’t do a reset. Also, I’m hearing a sound from underneath the car. They asked me to bring the car back on Sunday because their actual licensed mechanic only works on Sundays. I visited their mechanic on Sunday and he said that he knows as much as any other workers in that place and he can’t fix it.Finally they offered me 50% discount of the next oil change. I will have to take my car to another mechanic sometime this week to take a look at, and I won’t know how much it’ll cost me for the damage done by these mechanics to my car.

Excellent location. Staff are extremely courteous, professional and efficient. AJ had me in and out for an urgent tire repair, on a busy Sunday morning without any hassle. Thank you guys for helping get my new ride back on the road. Will definitely be back in the future!
