Moores Clothing for Men

Moore's Clothing for Men is my favourite store. Their customer service, staff and accommodation is what makes me return every time. Thank you so much again Moore's Clothing for Men for making a very happy and satisfied customer for many years!

Recently visited Moores in Masonville to get prepared for a friends wedding. I had a kind young gentleman named “Fayez” helping me and he didn’t miss a beat with his suggestions. The store was super busy and he made sure I was helped from start to finish while servicing many other customers. I would definitely recommend Moores to anyone looking for an awesome customer experience when shopping for formalwear.

My husband and I shopped here recently to purchase some dress shirts and ties. We were helped by their associate, Andrew, who was incredibly professional, kind and knowledgeable. He helped us find exactly what we needed and made the experience pleasant and enjoyable.

Whitney - the assistant manager is unreal! After coming back five times disappointed with our custom suit purchase she resolved all of our concerns and stayed with us for a full hour to ensure our satisfaction.Thank you SO much to Whitney for making our experience a positive one.

I would just like to thank the whole team at the Moores Clothing for Men store on Richmond St London for all their amazing effort, support and work. I’d especially like to thank Eric and his manager, Kristin, for the amazing customer service, and the time invested. I really felt like they were going above and beyond to try to not only accommodate for the date, but also find the best possible fit/option for me. It didn’t matter that Eric was a newer employee he exuded confidence, care and professionalism. They both were exceedingly patient with my lack of knowledge about formal wear and answered all my questions, whether relevant to my purchase or not. Kristin invested the time in trying to reach out to other stores to find the best possible fit for me. Neither of them made me feel like there was a time constraint or that I was being pressured into buying something. Just getting the best possible option I could. Can’t wait to see the final product!

Went in to look for a suit for my wedding and for my groomsmen. My fiancée and I walked around and even tried on jackets. The staff there did not acknowledge or greet us. So we just left.

This will be my go-to store for formal dress code. Hands down best customer service I’ve ever received. Mick has really great expertise on what goes with what, and he helped me a lot with picking an outfit. Make sure to check their clearance section as they have really good deals

My son and I attended Moores London North. We had exceptional service from Mic". Even though the store was quite busy we never felt that he was rushing us. He took time with us to put together a complete outfit. The alterations were completed on time."
