I contacted Matt recently to hide all the boxes and wires for my TV , as the initial installers did a very bad job and it was looking ugly. Matt was extremely professional, very friendly and he did a wonderful job. Actually he has exceeded my expectations. He did the job as he promised and he was able to organize everything very neatly and hid the boxes and all the wires and now it looks amazing. He answered all my questions and wrote some instructions on the paper. He taught me what to do if I need to switch between some devices. He was so patient and his prices are reasonable and affordable. I really recommend Matt for his services.

Called Empire Home Theatre Design to install our living room TV. Matt was exceptional! Not only did he have the best prices in the city he was able to work with our schedules. He did such great work we asked if he would install all of our other TV's. Matt stayed 3 hours later than expected to get everything done the way we wanted. (Happy customers). Anyone looking for exceptional work you have to call this guy. He's the best of the best! When it's time to upgrade our home theatre I know I will be calling Matt.

Matt was very personable and professional when installing my TV at my new condo. He provided excellent service for an incredibly reasonable price when compared to industry standard. He went above and beyond ensuring I was satisfied with the product and didn’t hesitate to provide me with suggestions that enhanced my overall audio/visual set up. Just had my TV wall mount installed today. Matt was super friendly to me and my dogs, and did a very good job with the installation. He also answered my phone right away every time I called him. I would definitely recommend his service. 5 stars for sure!

Empire Home Theatre Design
Matt was the easiest and most professional guy to work with. He took the time to listen and understood what our needs were (even when we weren't sure of what we wanted). He made great suggestions, accessed the other supports we needed (an electrician) and spent time with staff running them through all the basic principles. We were extremely pleased with the work and will only be using this company going forward. (And a great price - which as a charity we need to always be aware of the bottom dollar).
