Went into the store last night and the staff were all really friendly and helpful, it was honestly a little surprising! They didn't have my size in the boot I wanted but quickly looked it up and let me know I could order them in the right size (and I did!).

Stephanie & Courtney were absolutely amazing to deal with. Unfortunately after dealing with Browns in the mall and being treated poorly with their lack of customer service I was Leary of going into another store. They quickly showed me I was in the right place and I have now found my come to place when needing a fresh pair of shoes. I recommend this store for anyone who is looking to be treated correctly. Oh and leaving with style !!

Customer service here is out of this world. The store manager is incredible, helpful and funny. In fact, the entire staff is consistently great. I would never shop for shoes anywhere else.
