Amazing experience. First time going with my six-year-old daughter who has had a bad cough for two weeks. We just brought her health card and filled out a small form and was seen within half an hour. The doctor was fast and thorough and the receptionist was helpful and nice and the pharmacist explained the medication and answered all my questions for me. I have never had such a fast and pleasant walk-in clinic experience in my life. I will be coming here with any of my needs in the future.

Dr Farkad Shasha is amazing! I instantly felt better thanks to his warm and kind personality. He examined me thoroughly & asked questions. Took time to explain his opinion about my condition and reassured me. I didn't feel rushed or like a nuisance like it sometimes happens with other doctors. I'll definitely always be coming back to him. Young lady at the reception desk was great too and so was the pharmacist. It was very busy when I came in but the wait time wasn't that bad. Overall a great experience!

I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to suffer more. Advocate for yourselves because doctors like these DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Faris Shasha and team... you should be ashamed.My sister went here with an extremely sore throat and felt absolutely terrible. Her experience was appalling and to even consider this healthcare" is ridiculous. First off

I do NOT recommend this clinic at all! family doctors have no idea what are they doing. This is just a business for them. It’s not about providing health CARE, it’s about getting paid as much as they can. Sasha - senior is a terrible doctor. He just want to mark visits of 5 sec each to get $$$ but What is quality of his service? He doesn’t have an answer to this question as he doesn’t even care. He just want to get paid .. That’s all. He is zero empathetic, he is zero knowledgeable and his priority is to get paid.. avoid this clinic they don’t care about you!

Went here twice. First time to get my wrists checked. Doctor recommended xray plus ultrasound. 3 months come by and no follow up that I had to physically go to get my results. Second time, different doctor said he would recommend a doctor specializing in carpal tunnel to contact me. Months passed still no contact. Seriously lacking professionalism with this clinic.

Dr. Farkad Shasha is not only a fantastic doctor but gem of a person. He has been giving us the right advice and the right medication for any health issues that might crop up. Our baby is always happy to see him and interact with his pleasant personality. The reception staff is kind and courteous. I especially love how organized they are as a clinic. 10/10 would recommend.

First time going there yesterday with my daughter. The Dr. that dealt with us was very pleasant. The pharmacist service in the same office is amazing. The guy that we dealt with has such a great energy. We were able to see the doctor, get the prescription filled in an hour. I would recommend them.

A note of gratitude to the staff and doctors at the Lakeshore Medical Centre. I have been visiting their clinic for the past 2 years along with my baby and they have always guided us with the right medication.- Very less wait time. They always let us know how long we have to wait and keep us informed.- The doctors take time to explain the medication and have always listened to us patiently.- The staff at the reception and pharmacy are warm, friendly and very informative.- Prompt with prescriptions and we have had our flu shots and vaccinations there as well.

I had cellulitis and a looming vacation. I needed a fresh antibiotic prescription on a Friday afternoon. The reception staff was efficient and the doctor very kind. The pharmacists also felt very approachable. It's hard to find a walk-in clinic these days and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this one! Thank you for your care!

Exceptional care. Very thorough when seeing patient. DR. Shasta Sr. is one of the best doctor I've seen. He is very caring and attentive towards his patients. He listens to their concerns without judgement. The whole team is amazing from the receptionist to the pharmacist. They show care and friendliness everyone who comes in. Thanks for the wonderful care your staff provides.
