Jeff is a first rate urologist, I'm so fortunate I was referred to him after getting elevated PSA readings. His perseverance revealed I did have prostate cancer & his subsequent surgery went as well as could be hoped. Thanks so much Jeff!

In an emergency situation, Dr. McCracken and his staff went the extra mile to ensure that I received immediate ER service, then remained in regular contact with not only myself, but also my wife which contributed greatly to our ability to manage our own stress levels. Dr. McCracken did all of this while preparing for what I imagine to be a well deserved holiday. Deepest gratitude.

From the moment I met him, Dr. McCracken's bedside manner and energy was a comfort when it was needed. He simplified things in a straight-forward and empathetic manner and his staff are wonderful which was a bonus. Compared to my previous Doctor, he has been a 20/10. I am new to B.C. and he took me on as a patient despite not having a family doctor referral and he got me in for an appointment immediately which I am forever grateful for. My experience has been excellent and I look forward to having Dr. McCracken take good care of me when I need it. Thank you!

Doctor McCracken performed a hydrocele operation which turned out better than we expected. The results are perfect. Should have done this years ago. Thank you Doc.

Well I'm not finished seeing Dr. MaCrackan, but so far he has been very informative and I'm now waiting for my MRI results. However he made me feel quite comfortable during my operation.
