We looked to Katy for help with the genie+ experience and she went above and beyond. Our day was completely planned from start to end, all we had to do was check the app for what was next. She got us last minute dining reservations and assisted us in cancelling one we no longer wanted. What sets her apart is all the Disney knowledge she could offer- like telling us exactly what store a specific hat we were looking for was to scheduling our rides in order of location so no time was spent wandering around. Katy made this trip by far our most successful one yet!

Traveling to Disney World with Katy behind the planning is nothing short of magical. Katy is a master at getting dinning reservations; everything from my must do list (Beasts Castle, Brown Derby, and Oga’s Cantina) to her own personal recommendations.On top of that Katy is the Genie, in my Genie plus app. Anything and everything I wanted to ride, I got on with very little wait time. My personal favorite was when she stacked Guardians of the Galaxy for me, so I got to ride it back to back! She was also great at teaching me how to use the app so I can maximize my time in the parks.She doesn’t just do Disney!!!I just booked an all inclusive vacation through Katy. She was super attentive to the details of the resort, especially the price differences between room types. She made sure I was getting the best deal possible researching promotions, room types, military discount options, etc. for me. I know I got a great deal on this trip because of her hard work and attention to detail. Our friends who booked through a different agency before I talked to Katy, paid $800 more than I did.
