Some staff are very nice but overall NOT HELPFUL when it comes to giving you a banking advice or solution. Anna the Asia Korean looking lady - manager? who helped me has a very bad attitude and absolutely zero smile with a black face. I hope the branch is not under her lead. I, myself, work in customer service base position and i don't understand how she can answered customer with this you are wrong i am right attitude. I simply walk away and went to another branch for help. I was a bmo customer in Ottawa for 12 years before and switch to TD when i moved to Downtown Vancouver because this specific BMO branch disappointed me everytime, NO FAIL! =) good luck bmo. TD downtown branch just down the block has wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better service dealing with exactly the same issue.

I generally have no problems at banks, the tellers and staffs are very nice and accommodating. But this branch or maybe its the teller I got, I think his name was Elvin, was really terrible. He was not very pleasant to deal with and not very accommodating to what I needed. His customer service skills were 0. Furthermore, he was asking me banking questions instead of him giving me lol. Just avoid this branch.

I had a terrible experience with an agent called Ky** *** in January 2023. He was really ageessive and disrespectful. I have no clue how this kind of behavior is acceptable in Canada. I even remindes him this is rude he laughed and said talk to the manager.

Thank you Daniel Luu, for the amazing help during my lunch break last week (west Georgia location) to fully explain imvestment options and what the risks are with each choice.Approached this years ago elsewhere and I left that office feeling uneasy, clueless, and I ended up backing out and never contributing because nothing was really explained and it was more simply “trust me I know what I’m doing how much did you want to open the account for today” and none of the “here is what you can look forward to expecting by doing this, investing in yourself today with our help in 20-25 years this is what you can look forward to being able to do”Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day (nearly 2 hours) to help me understand and feel confident what I’m agreeing to will get me what I want, my own home, without taking out a huge mortgage. I don’t recall what you said you wanted to become as your end goal, but you’re going to be great at it. You’re patient and good at explaining things.

Advisor made several typing errors in some new bank info and it has taken months, multiple calls and visits to get the mistakes ironed out. Seems simple, but its grinding financial services to a halt due to these discrepancies. Wish the staff cared enough about their work to do it well.

Been using this branch for quite sometime now. And recently I had to visit the branch and Deloris and Sun were very helpful in getting my transaction processed in meticulous and timely manner.Sun, especially, was very responsive via email when I needed to follow up with the transaction I made.Yes, this branch does get busy and it may take some time to get things done; but I believe it’s because of multi-lingual nature of this branch and staffs are trying to cater to everyone’s need

I would like to thank Daniel Luu for helping out so much! He is really friendly and diligent in taking care of my account problems and answering the questions I have. I am grateful for meeting him!

I visited this branch multiple time to follow-up on my credit card rejection of a basic card (mind you, I'm in the highest marginal tax bracket, and I have a bank account with this branch). They never had proper information, or plainly giving wrong information. Such an outdated bank.They told me bank does not approve cc, it's the mastercard that does that. The number that this branch gave me is BMO's lending dept number not mastercard number.Stay away!

Not sure about about the negative reviews here... I work around this branch, and come here pretty often. Yes, it's pretty busy because it's downtown, but I've never encountered any bad experiences here. Staff are smiley and helpful, and the branch manager (Steve??) even comes out to the lobby to help out sometimes!
