I've tried their wings, New York sirloin, Chicken Alfredo pasta, steak sandwich, Mediterranean pizza, mousse cake. Their wings, Mediterranean pizza, chicken alfredo pasta, and mousse cake were very good. The steak and steak sandwich were not that good, the sandwich was bland and didn't really taste good. Their service varies on the server, most of the time it's good. It's definitely on the pricer side.

I thought chicken and mushroom alfredo would be actually chicken, not reheated canned compressed bleh. Slow service, no matter how many people are or aren't in there. Sub par.

Wow what with this service Boston pizza. Great food but this is the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. The servers at this Ponoka location are obviously a little young to be servers when they just take your order then forget about you. I drink my drink before my food came out. The server didn’t even ask if we wanted another drink. Then. Awhile later the server came back and asked how the first few bites were I said good. And she walked away. Didn’t even ask if we wanted drinks again. I was already done three quarters of my food when I was asked how the first few bites were. After I was just about done the set ever came back and asked if we wanted more drinks. Not very good service. Maybe some people need to redo some training on customer service. Sorry no tip today. Maybe next time if the service gets better. Wasn’t even that busy for tham to say it was that

Me and my boyfriend went out for dinner here, the food was good, but the service was quite bad.We were finished our meal and waited.We did wait a good 15 minutes at least just sitting there before she came to see if we wanted our bill, I even got up and got my own box to put the food in.So, like I said, the food was good, but the service was not

We ordered our food and picked it up at the time indicated when it would be ready. We were only 2 blocks away and all the food was cold. Not even warm. Not a great way to get repeat customers. I will never recommend this place

This Boston pizza is now Paul's pizza and it's so much better the BP's. Love the food, employees are always smiling and friendly.

Ordered the same pasta as another person at my table. Mine was dry and disappointing theirs had sauce and looked normal. Pretty dissatisfied with the consistency, won’t be back.

Server was slow, food was slower. They were out of items we wanted. Burger could've passed the Homer Simpson/Dr. Nick grease test.I notice it's a BP's but they are usually better.

Received frozen soggy celery sticks, and slimy Cucumbers with our children's food. As well as 1 completely dirty plate for sharing our appetizer. Quality control the kitchen should never have put the veggies on the plate and the server should not have served it. We won't be back here.
