Hired Ron and his team for my home purchase transaction. There was a last minute change in the agreement between us and the seller's in which the sellers reduced the purchase price for repairs. Ron decided he was entitled to some of those funds and took over $400 for work" he had to do to close this deal. He never informed us he was going to take that money. Only found out when I went to pickup my cheque. I had called and emailed several times asking to discuss to which he has not once returned any of my messages. Very shady and will be taking to legal ombudsman."

During home purchase, I realized that the organization lacks attention to detail, in going through paperworks provided by external parties. I felt it shocking coming from a law firm. The organization is responsive (therfore 2 star), but you have to do your own homework of going through paperworks to direct them to work on.
