Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Reserved a car in advance - no car available.Local staff made an effort to find alternative, yet much smaller car. Better than no wheels at all, I guess.Had issues with car itself, extremely difficult to get in touch w/ support. Support via website and phone is non-existent.Highly unlikely I'll ever use Enterprise again.

Be very careful about renting a vehicle and driving to the US. There have been many scam artists who will upsale you on a bigger vehicle" just to charge you with fraudulent charges once it leaves the country (Canada). They may try and give you a vehicle that already has damage. Luckily I always take pictures. Be careful!!"

They overcharged me over $200 on a previous rental and was literally impossible trying to deal with customer service. Avoid them under all costs.

I've been using this Enterprise regularly for over a year now, and I am continuously impressed by their service! Fast, courteous, competent, and the vehicles are always clean and new. Can't imagine going anywhere else. Keep up the good work!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Like others have said they will add additional amounts even when you have your own insurance. The cars are very cheap so its not a big deal. Service was ok, not great, shuttle pickup art the airport did take about 25 minutes however.Most likely would not use again though. Much easier to rent from the airport and pay a little extra

We rented a car at Enterprise because it has the best rating over the other car rentals in the airport. The fact is they didn’t have enough cars to rent. They tried to down grade us....We finally got an over millage car ( that was the best they could us solve at the time) we had lots of problems with the car play it was rebooting all the time. Not easy to drive like that...

It was very busy because flights had just arrived. Had a problem with my credit card, but the attendant handled the situation very well. Processing was very efficient even though each renter had to sign their own contract to collect their car. Asked for a Compact and was very happy that they could fulfill my request.
