Amazing experience. Very clean and beautiful and Ambience is just perfect for any event. Management was up to the mark . Ruween very extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure the event went smoothly and customized to meet our needs. Surely recommend this place for your special events .

Good hall overall. The bathrooms were clean and food was good. Only issue was the walls between rooms are too thin or soundproofed enough, so during speeches in our room no one could really hear because the music in the other room was going on.

My fiancee and I were supposed to get married in 2021 and we ended up postponing to 2022. Throughout the entire process the banquet was incredibly accommodating. As for the actual wedding, it was perfect. Everything was incredible. The food, the service and the bartenders. We received so many compliments from our guests on how amazing the service was. Highly recommend for anyone who desires a perfect function!

Really nice hall - love the location in central Scarborough . Love that we had the whole basement to pray our Salah . Only weird thing is that the bar was not accessible in the hall for us to get drinks and they didn’t have any fruit flavours or mango drinks - was just coke , sprite or ginger ale . Especially because of the kids

My fiance and I hosted our reception here. There is not a single aspect that wasn’t perfect. The staff and floor manager were very courteous and willing to help with our last minute requests.

My family and I booked grand cinnamon for my brothers reception to be held in July 2023. Our experience with the booking manager was exceptional. We were promised new renovations and oh boy did they come through. The word renovations and construction always gives me chills, as it never gets done. The venue absolutely came through and it looks so nice. On top of what was promised, they added so many more features which was a surprise. We are so excited to come here in the summer and look forward to holding more functions

Beautiful and relatively new Banquet Hall. Has nice decor and should be a great place for holding large special life events. Plenty of parking spots.

We worked with Ruween and Grand Cinnamon to help plan our wedding. Working with Ruween was a great experience. He was honest, flexible, pretty much always available via iMessage, and made himself available for phones whenever it was needed.We had a wedding seating 600+ guests. Ruween really helped us understand and make decisions on important details for the planning and operation of an event this large.We had an idea of how to food would be at this venue as we had been here many times for several other weddings. However, several of our guests specifically mentioned the food was exceptionally delicious at our event.Thank you to Ruween and team for their hard work on our special day!

Probably the most organized and polite GM. My family and I booked multiple events at multiple venues and the manager at Grand Cinnamon was BY FAR the most knowledgeable and accommodating. I cannot explain in words how grateful I am, my best wishes to you and your family from mine.
