Denise and her team are extremely professional. Very responsive in answering any questions you may have. Her listings show off your home in the best way possible. She is a booked and busy realtor. I had a difficult neighbour with a loud, barking dog when I was selling my ground floor condo in 2021 and Denise tried her best to reason with my neighbour to optimize the open house experience. I appreciated her efforts. We had a small hiccup with the buyers after the closing day which caused me some frustration but Denise took care of everything so I wouldn't stress. Thanks Denise!

Denise is only concerned with profits (real estate industry in a nutshell) and will not be concerned with peoples' livelihoods.Our landlord sold their house and issued us 2-Month Notice to End Tenancy.
