This is the second time we work with Aquamaster Waterproofing. We worked with their people in the west (Mississauga) and north in Barrie. Interesting that their process is so dialled in that different locations had the everything organized and arranged same way. Great experience, works like a clock.

We were struggling to find the company that would wow us with their approach. And since waterproofing is a big project to take, we wanted to find a company just like that. Aquamasters team wa helpful and came to Mississauga to do the site inspection. During the review, a couple of routes were recommended - either repair cracks or go for basement waterproofing project. Since waterproofing also included crack repairs, we decided to take this way. In about 2 weeks they were done - digging the soil, cleaning walls etc. Materials were good and also good workmanship. As someone who worked in construction I can tell that they followed a process with work, materials etc. Very clean and professional

Found Aquamaster through friends who were happy with their underpinning services. I had many companies come in for estimate, but I also decided to hire Vasyl and his company. They removed old concrete and weeping tiles, and section-by-section dug under the foundation to lower the basement floor. They then assembled the whole internal waterproofing system again and showed me a couple of things that we should have done before but didn’t. Work was done on time, I did not have any problems with the company.

Perfect client communication and project management. Pick up the phone right away, have people who are well trained and ready to address any of our questions. Overall was a flawless experience despite waterproofing (exterior) being a hard task to handle, they did it with ease. I think they did really well.

Vasil and his team did an excellent job repairing foundation of our home. We had some hairline cracks for a while, but noticed that over time they were getting worse. The team arrived on time (every time) and helped us evaluate the damage, they sent a quote and started designing foundation repair to address the underlining issues. We now get almost no cracks in foundation and that’s a good sign!

Due to ongoing problems with leaks in my basement I decided to get my basement waterproof (externally). Out of all the companies who came over to give a quote Aquamaster seemed to be the most prepared and this is something that I value in people and companies that I hire. They absolutely delivered on my expectations- I could feel that people that work there actually feel proud about work that they do. The result was just as I expected - reputable company, good training = good results.

We have a crawlspace in our new house and read online that it can be a real headache. First order of business on the new property was to get crawlspace encapsulation done. We worked with Vasil and his team and had a great experience throughout. They repaired walls and did the whole thing - encapsulation, installed dehumidifier and a support beam where needed. Overall, I found this team experienced and will recommend to others.
