Master Seo is an amazing teacher. I've learned so much from him and I hope opening this location means that many others will have an experience similar to mine. He brings out the best in every single student and inspires them to continue training in order to improve their skills or overcome challenges physically and mentally.

At first I was hesitant in choosing a martial arts studio, as there are many options in Okotoks. My son is 5 years old, we wanted something engaging yet disciplined.I can honestly say, they had me / my child hooked from the start of the trial class! I will enrol my younger daughter as soon as she is old enough. I cannot say enough to express how perfectly everything is ran, how engaging it is and how fun the environment is, while simultaneously teaching respect, self control and manners. Master Seo should start training nannies and teachers on how to work with children!!!!!

Master Seo is an exceptional teacher. He finds a way to inspire children to want to be like him, and he is a fantastic role model, both as a martial artist but also as a person. My son has been training with him for years and Master Seo helped him build confidence, respect, and perseverance for all aspects of his life in addition to a love of taekwondo. My son has a goal in life to be just like Master Seo and I will be very happy if he achieves it. You can’t find a better martial arts instructor.

We had the privilege to train with Master Seo for a few years. He is great with children and adults. For kids, he creates a fun and engaging atmosphere that taught my son discipline and confidence. With adults, he was very detailed-oriented and helped us to improve our taekwondo skills with professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended!
