A big, wonderful bookstore! Can find anything you want here. Thank you to the friendly staff who helped me find my online order and how to find certain books! Easy access too, from Bay TTC Subway station.

I would have given 5 stars to Indigo based on gift ideas, clean environment, merchandising and stocking but their customer service is what knocked them down to 4. I live one block away from Indigo, so for me it’s one of those places with cool finds and unique items that can be used in a pinch for a birthday, anniversary or Christmas present. I love how the sections make it easy to find books and items within the theme of the display. In general, I have found the staff at indigo to be less than helpful and projecting a little attitude. I have spoken to the manager about a sponsorship and was bluntly told “we don’t do sponsorships” and he walked away. Period. I have also asked for help locating an item and was told with a really snotty tone, “that hasn’t been available for a year” … did I mention how snotty it was conveyed to me? So, if you can navigate Indigo on your own - it’s a cool store to find unique gifts … if you have to ask for help, get ready to get a little Beverly Hills snotty thrown at you - not sure if they think it’s a library and we are to remain quiet so they answer you like a librarian ‘shhhhh’ or if they just have a complex thinking they’re book store is all that, regardless, it’s projected. I don’t go into Indigo for the customer service, I go because they have unique gift items … makes for a trade off (you can find some cool stuff, you’ll probably just want to do it on your own and not rely on the staff for assistance).

Great location with ample space to walk around and browse many books and literature to your heart's content. Well organized in a way that you can find what you're looking for, even in a hurry.

Yes it has a grand piano, and you can play it. It is a lovely place to go and look for the book you wish. The personal over there are very friendly and helpful. If you want to play piano for long time you can ask them to turn of the music.

This is great store close to Bloor, bigger than I was expected and with good variety of products. Since it on the Saturday before mother's day, there was a lot of things related to it.

This bookstore has a tremendous selection of titles , home goods and stationary. The wellness section sells not only books but other wellness related items. They have a low cost section and other special interest displays. What an interesting set up for a book store ! Loved the architecture and how you can move from one level to the next easily.

What a gorgeous and gigantic Indigo store in Bloor Yorkville business center.Super aesthically pleasing; some great offers; huge selection; very well organized; friendly staff; great variety of products. I was super impressed. Would love to visit again.

I went here to get Michelle Obamas book and Spare by Prince Harry. They were fully stocked. Clean store. Plenty of books. Staff were friendly in helping me find a few books for my for my friends for Christmas. I was very happy with the store and service. For such a location the store was not too busy. Great selection of books, some spaces to sit and read. Also has a selection of board games and other non-book items I tend to ignore. Love it when talented customers play on the piano upstairs. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

Big store in easily accessible location. Nice layout and good suggestions.Suggest to buy online and pick up in the store to save time. :)
