Every single time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Proctor Collision Apex Hinton, they have been INCREDIBLE!I recently had an accident with a deer and almost totalled the side of my truck. They worked closely with me and the insurance company to make my truck like NEW again. They completed the work well within the scheduled time and I got it back early!Most importantly, the staff are amazing. Do not use this shop, i repeat, do not. If you do, get a professional 3rd party inspection done before signing the papers for pickup of the vehicle. Very bad painting, lots of skipped damages and had a major repair unleft. Of course they will try to fight you with your insurance.

Well last week my child managed to wrap a seatbelt extremely tight around my head rest and locked the seatbelt! Within 10 minutes of stopping here after the good laugh of how my child could do it jay had my car in in shop seatbelt fixed and I was on my way ! Never fails! If ever need anything I will always go to Jay and the team! Highly recommend them! They have done all the work to my vehicles from damage repairs to windshields to fixing seatbelts !

This is the best body shop anywhere. Friendly and professional service, excellent quality work. After a minor crunch they fixed my truck like brand new, and gave it back cleaned which it also needed! Highly recommended shop!
