I’ve found this building to be quiet and friendly. The staff are always helpful and kind. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly, I would recommend living here.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the property management at 925 Bay Street. While my experience with the leasing administrator, Tracy Manning, was positive, the behavior and professionalism displayed by the property manager, Marie Bamford, left much to be desired.During my tenancy from 2019 to 2021, I encountered a conflict with my roommate and sought assistance regarding the co-lease agreement. Unfortunately, my attempts to discuss the situation with Marie Bamford were met with a strict and rude attitude. She insisted on being the sole point of contact and dismissed my request to remove my name from the lease, even when I approached the matter politely and respectfully.Furthermore, I experienced an unpleasant incident when I tried to speak with Tracy Manning, whom I had found helpful in the past. Marie Bamford interrupted our conversation and rudely shouted at me, saying that there was no need to speak to Tracy. This public outburst was completely unwarranted and left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected as a tenant.Additionally, during a conversation with Marie Bamford to inform her of my decision to terminate the lease with my roommate, a misunderstanding arose regarding a parking spot I had rented. Despite my roommate's innocent inquiry about including the parking spot in his new lease, Marie Bamford incorrectly assumed that I was profiting from renting the spot to someone else. Her aggressive reaction and finger-pointing were entirely uncalled for, and she failed to apologize for her mistake.Overall, my interactions with Marie Bamford were marked by unprofessionalism, rudeness, and a lack of respect. As a tenant, I believe it is important to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, which unfortunately was lacking in my dealings with her.I cannot recommend 925 Bay Street based on my personal experiences with the property management, particularly Marie Bamford's unprofessional behavior.

I want to share in my move-in experience. Tracy M. the leasing agent is one of the most dedicated and friendly staff I have ever encountered. From the moment I received my keys she was attentive to my questions about the building and my needs and helped me . Her bubbly and upbeat attitude made me feel welcome to the building. I look forward to living at the Bay Club!

Lived here for two yearsReally enjoyed my stay here. Had a 2 bedroom apartment on 11th floor. Staff were very committed and friendly and there were never any problems with the services (lifts all fast and clean / never had a power failure).Nice balconies - for those precious few months in Toronto when you can bear to go outside!!Its a short walk to train station but its quite far from the northern end of the PATH (Toronto's labyrinth of underground walkways).Supermarket and chemist nearby and its not far from the Gay Village

One of the best rental buildings in the city. The staff are all really friendly, including the rental office.

I've tried to contact the leasing office more than 30 times with no call backs or anyone answering the phone for the past two weeks. By now I've only got pass the automated answering machine. Why don't you guys ever answer your calls? If you have no vaccancies pick up and say so! Totally unacceptable.

I used to live at The Bay Club and really enjoyed my stay! The staff is friendly and professional, never had any issues during my time there. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for the Bloor and Wellesley area:)

Well appointed accommodations. I enjoy each time I visit.

Nice location, however, the staff is very unprofessional; they show units that are supposedly available and then do not respond and no follow up. Total waste of time dealing with these people unfortunately.

I signed a lease remotely after getting the building and apartment vetted by my uncle who visited the place and also met with the leasing agent of the Bay Club, Tracy in July 2021. 2 weeks before my move in date, I was informed that the older tenant has refused to vacate the apartment! I was bumped to a lower floor and was promised that I would be informed whenever the apartment of my liking gets available. 12 months later, when I wanted to inquire for a studio/ 1 bedroom, I was informed that all of them have been leased already and I need to act fast if I need the apartment which was at the bottom of my list. The operations are reliant on only one individual running the show, leading to multiple back and forth over emails and very slow maintenance service. The only pro living in this building is the location.
