I've been coming here for a few years now to do my autoplan insurance. I've had the pleasure of working with Cindy a few times and she's quick, knowledgable, and has great communication. She spent time going through how the vehicle was to be used to ensure I had sufficient coverage. Very thorough and it was a pleasant experience.However, on my last visit, Cindy wasn't available and I got stuck with Luda. Her interactions with me were curt and condescending. I asked her for information on what I needed to transfer a vehicle title and was told I just need to fill out the form.I later returned with a completed transfer form and was told I also needed the vehicle registration. Not knowing that temporary insurance isn't sufficient, she was ready to bill me $10, then $18 dollars to print a new copy of the vehicle registration and denied that she had said I only needed the transfer form. Not sure how or why she works in the service industry as she clearly seemed like she didn't want to be there and her conflict resolution is non-existent. I left the location agitated and angry over the interaction.If you must get insurance from this location and Luda is available, save yourself from a bad time and wait for another agent, like Cindy.

I dropped in as a walk-in to update my ICBC policy. The two staff working that day were fantastic. My issue was fairly simple, and they were both very helpful & kind. Very pleasant experience as a customer. I wish more businesses had this kind of customer service!!

Went to update auto insurance, agent was friendly and patient when asking clarification on certain insurance term options. Quick compared to lining up at actual ICBC branch for renewal.

I did a drop in to for my motorcycle license renewal. Cindy was very patient with explaining the new regulations to me. The renewal was a quick and easy process. I will go back again for their services.
