Barkingham Palace

Kelsey and her team at Barkingham Palace are amazing! We starting bringing our puppy there a few times a week when he was old enough and he absolutely LOVES it there. Our puppy is so well socialized and has learned to play so nicely with other dogs. We're so happy we found them!!

Before my dog could join the pack and Barkingham Palace, Kelsey insisted that she come in for a meet and greet. I showed her vaccination record and dropped her off for an hour of playtime. Unfortunately, my dog was very reactive and snapped at dogs who tried to make friends with her.When I returned, Kelsey gently explained why Gizmo wouldn't be welcome to visit again, and offered to connect me with a trainer who specializes in socializing reactive animals.I appreciated how kind Kelsey was and it was very clear to me that the safety and happiness of the dogs was THE most important thing for her.

I don't normally write reviews, but Barkingham Palace provides an exceptional service and as a longtime customer, this review is long overdue.We've been bringing our dog Drake to Barkingham Palace for play dates for nearly five years. My wife travels a lot and I drop him off in the morning on my way to work and pick him up on my way home (having him occasionally dropped off is also a big plus!).He plays all day with his other furry friends and we always look forward to watching the hilarious photos Kelsey (the owner) posts on their facebook page. There's always a shot of our little fur baby running around the dog park with his ears flapping in the wind. By the time he gets home, he's ready for bed!It feels so good to know that my dog is taken care of by people who care about our four-legged-family-member as much as we do.The entire team at Barkingham is fantastic... I don't know what I'd do without them. Thank you, Kelsey and team.

We have been taking our dog Lucy to Kelsey ever since she was a puppy and she's eight now. They have always done a great job and we know she is in good hands! Can't say enough about what a great place this is!! Although I'm not sure Lucy loves the grooming part, she certainly loves Kelsey!

My dog Rex loves it here, and the staff are amazing! We feel very lucky to be able to take our pets here and know that they are well taken care of and having fun. Grooming is also reasonably priced and very convenient to have it done while pets are there already. Thanks

Both my dog and I love Barkingham Palace! I completely trust their knowledgeable staff to take care of my girl when I'm at work and I know that by the time I get home she's going to be tired and happy.I also love getting the pictures of Pearl frolicking at the park each day with the other dogs.Living in the city and working full time I don't know what I would do without Barkingham. They are an invaluable service for any dog owner. :)

Kelsey and Jim treat the dogs like family. All of the dogs leave happy and exhausted and Kelsey posts photos regularly of the gang for the proud puppy parents. The grooming is also top notch! Your pup will walk outta there with a spring in their step!

Honestly, Barkingham is THE BEST! Kelsey and Jim and team are so great with the dogs .... and the dogs love them right back, as is evidenced by her steady stream of regulars. My dog Banksy gets so excited when he hears Kelsey's name - and when he comes home, he's pooped. Pooch perfection!

Cant say enough good things about BP!! My dog absolutely loves coming here and i’m at ease knowing she’s getting the best care around :) she was a rescue dog who took months of training to come around to normal life - in the process of that she became very attached to me.We did try other options for day care but BP has proven to be the best choice.It’s the only place she’s happy for me to leave her and she does a little doggy tap dance on the way in.The updates with pictures, easy communication and pricing is perfect.

Our dog Sam loves his days at barkingham! It's a fantastic place and the owners are so wonderful with the dogs and post amazing photos from all the fun the dogs have at the park together!
