I was pleasantly surprised with Crypto Computing. I had been waiting for a very specific component for a couple months with the big shops in town but decided to take a risk with this unknown company.The on-site chat was very responsive and informed me they had stock. I decided to take a chance and Crypto Computing DELIVERED (the next day to-boot!).I'm very pleased with the outcome and I'll consider Crypto Computing for any future computer product purchases.

Highly recommend shopping at Crypto Computing! I have not heard of the site so I was skeptical at first, but it was the only site at the time with the Lian Li Galahad 360 in white so I took the chance. I had trouble making an account and Jas helped me asap with my issue. Fast forward a week from that I got my package and am very happy with how much care was put into packing it. 10 out of 10 Would buy here again.

This place is outstanding. When we were dead-ended looking for a specific device (either finding refurbished or grossly overpriced), I stumbled upon these folks. The communication was quick and comprehensive and he was able to determine availability right away. I was given multiple shipping options that were all reasonable and, despite being an international order, it was executed quickly and I even was given a free upgrade to a better shipping package. I wish I had found them sooner. I'll definitely be a return customer! Cheers!

Competitive prices, outstanding service. Easily one of the best customer experiences I've had. The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond responding to my inquiries quickly, and even before operating hours. I ordered 2 sets of Lian Li fans and they were shipped ridiculously quickly, and were packaged carefully. I'm thrilled with this website, and will definitely use it for my PC component needs in future.

pre-ordered an item but the store could not fulfill the agreed shipment date. I asked for a refund but they wouldn't comply and threatened to report me for defamation if I share my experience with other platforms. take your business elsewhere. Okay. This is the first time ever (and probably the last time) I have posted anything on the internet under real name. It means a lot to me.First of all, for anyone who said there was no refund from this shop ever, they are wrong.I was searching for a particular product, found it on their website, and placed an order. However, when I opened the package, they turned out to be another version of the product I was looking for.I opened a refund request and provided them of the picture of the item received, and my return got approved in less than 10 minutes (not a mistake, it was that quick), meanwhile I got an email from the owner no less, and the return label was already available. The refund was granted due to information on the page not matching that of the product received (there was even such an option on the refund page).Then I went off discussing about the product and there were a lot of email exchanges and reply was quick, they listened to me and definitely were very helpful, while I was trying to look for exchange.Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any replacement product I liked so sadly had to return the item.They have updated the product's page with the correct information since then.These are real people working for this company and if you have any concern, just speak to them via chat or email.

Jas was very helpful and walked me through everything before I ordered. His store had these incredibly rare, difficult to get Lian Li UNI fans - and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition!

One of the only stores I found in Canada that had the Lian-Li Strimer Plus cables in stock. Jas kindly guided me through the entire ordering process and shipped my package within the hour, and it was delivered in 2 business days. I am very impressed by their customer service and professionalism!

The owner is very very responsive and was able to seek out products in high demand and make sure that I was well taken care of in terms of shipping and prompt updates on product availability. The store owner is deeply rude, and this is a fundamentally untrustworthy business. You absolutely deserve what you get if you trust this place.In January 2021, when I first posted this review, the owner literally reported" me to the police. Unironically could not handle any criticism without trying to get the police involved.Edit (March 27
