I bought the wrong thing for my girlfriend!!But, I had a great experience exchanging my laptop brief at this store thanks to the knowledgeable sales associate named G.G was patient, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store and thank G for their help!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Today at the check out centre, the lady made a mistake and did not give me the full discount. I asked her to double check since I checked with a staff member before. Even the customer beside me overheard our conversation and let me know that she saw on the sign the discount was 50% off (the lady gave me 25% off). The lady at the check-out then glared at me with a clearly annoyed tone and told me I was being mean. I did not expect to receive such poor and rude behaviour from her, especially since I’ve visited this store before with family.

Worst experience ever. I usually go Coach at the premium outlet but today I came here bc I assumed they got better collection. Didn’t worth two hours drive. Horrible horrible service by the MANAGER which is far from expectation.

One of the largest Coach outlets stores that I've seen. Really good selection. Not as many staff as other stores but the ones l spoke with were very helpful.Regret not getting this lovely blue bag.
